The Problem
Why bloom & flow
Bloom & Flow is The Pink Sun Empowerment Foundation’s menstrual health and dignity initiative focused on confronting menstrual poverty through compassion, education, and practical support.
The programme exists to ensure that no girl is limited by lack of access, misinformation, or shame surrounding menstruation. TPSF believes every girl deserves access to menstrual products, accurate health education, and the dignity of feeling prepared, informed, and supported.
What We Do
Building Dignity Through Access & Education
With the successful completion of its first phase, Bloom & Flow has already begun turning that vision into meaningful action.
Through the distribution of menstrual health packages and the facilitation of interactive workshops, the programme is helping girls access essential hygiene supplies while equipping them with practical knowledge about menstrual care and wellbeing.
Recent sessions included:
- Open and safe conversations
- Practical menstrual health guidance
- Live sanitary pad demonstrations
- Interactive learning experiences that encouraged participation, curiosity, and confidence
