Amanda Ahanonu
Founder & Executive Director
Provides strategic leadership and oversees the design, implementation, and growth of programs advancing girls’ and women’s empowerment through education, menstrual health, mentorship, and skills development in underserved communities. She brings experience across customer success, product design, and community program leadership, with strengths in technology strategy, project management, stakeholder engagement, and operational execution.
Kelly Kyeremeh
Finance & Accounting Coordinator
Oversees financial planning, tracking, and reporting across TPSF's programmes and operations. She manages budgets, maintains accurate financial records, and coordinates procurement and vendor payments to ensure accountability and efficiency. Kelly also monitors cash flow and strengthens internal financial controls to support transparent donor reporting and good governance. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Carleton University.
Miriam Onuigwe
Field Operations Coordinator
Leads field operations at TPSF, coordinating logistics, outreach, and on-ground programme implementation across communities. She manages field teams and volunteers, liaises with community stakeholders and partner organisations, and oversees day-to-day delivery of initiatives including Bloom & Flow where she ensures activities are organised, respectful, and impact-driven. She holds a Bachelor of Agriculture in Animal Science from the University of Port Harcourt.

Programs & Project Support Coordinator

She develops run-of-show schedules, tracks tasks and deadlines, coordinates logistics and supplies, and ensures smooth day-of execution during activations. Kosi also maintains programme documentation to support reporting and continuous improvement. A Mechatronics Engineering student, she brings a structured, systems-thinking approach to project coordination and team collaboration.

Jessie Emeshili
Grants & Partnership Coordinator
Leads TPSF's grant writing and partnership development efforts, researching funding opportunities, preparing grant applications, and cultivating relationships with donors, partner organisations, and stakeholders. She ensures TPSF's programmes are well-resourced and that partnerships are grounded in shared values and mutual impact. Currently pursuing a degree in Networking and IT Security, Jessie brings an analytical, detail-oriented approach to her work, driven by a deep passion for women in underserved communities and a belief that every woman deserves access to opportunity and dignity.
Jemimah Adamu
Social Media & Digital Communications Coordinator
Leads TPSF’s social media and digital communications efforts, managing the foundation’s online presence across multiple platforms. She creates and coordinates content that highlights TPSF’s mission, programmes, advocacy initiatives, and community impact while maintaining a warm, engaging, and purpose-driven brand voice. She supports communications for campaigns, events, and outreach activities, engages with TPSF’s online community, and tracks social media performance to help strengthen audience engagement and visibility. Jemimah is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Information Technology in Technology Management at Ontario Tech University. With a strong interest in business, technology, branding, and digital strategy, she enjoys using social media and communication tools to help organizations grow their impact, connect with communities, and share meaningful stories that inspire change.
